11. TV Player (Live)
Complete TV player guide: EPG, preview, full screen, control icons, side panels and advanced settings.

11.1 EPG view: list and grid
- The EPG view exists in list view and grid view.
- In list mode (by default), you browse channels vertically and programs horizontally.
- Clicking on a program opens the preview.
- A second click on the same program opens the full screen.
- Clicking on another program replaces the current stream in the preview window.
- To rewatch a past program, check that a clock icon is present next to the channel.
If a channel does not display a clock icon, replay is not available from the provider.
Some providers limit replay to 24 hours.

11.2 Long click on a program
A long click opens a context menu with several actions.
- Program details (synopsis, date, start and end time).
- Watch/replay the program (if replay available).
- Schedule a reminder if the program is upcoming.
- Read in an external drive.
- Add or remove the Favorites channel.
- Manually assign an EPG source to the channel.
- The Back button closes the context menu.

11.3 Preview vs full screen
- First click: play preview.
- Second click on the same program: switch to full screen.
- A long press on Back from the EPG can also switch to full screen.
- In full screen, Back takes you back to the EPG on the current program.

11.4 Show controls
In full screen, a short click on OK displays the control panel, as on the VOD player.

11.5 Control panel icons
- Quality: switch FHD / HD / SD if several streams exist.
- History: allows you to display the channels present in the history
- Favorites: allows you to display favorite channels
- Resume at the beginning: allows you to restart the current program (only available if replay is available, sometimes unstable with certain providers)
- Return to live: visible only after a break.
- EPG: open the detailed guide integrated into the player. (premium only)
- Multi-screen mode (premium only)

11.6 Specific TV playback options
- Change quality on the fly from the panel.
- Return to live if playback has been paused.
- Integrated EPG opening without leaving full screen.
When the control panel is visible, the player can display the channel name and logo, quality, program name, FPS, resolution, audio stream, time and date.

11.7 Advanced TV settings
As on the VOD player, the TV player offers advanced options from the settings icon.
- Auto frame rate.
- Passthrough audio.
- Audio tunneling (disabled by default).
- Software audio decoding (disables passthrough automatically).
- Subtitles if available.
- Auto resolution limited to the screen.
- Technical diagnostics with QR.
- Buffer TV.

11.8 Side panels (hidden controls)
Available in Premium only.
- Left arrow: details of the current program.
- Right arrow: list of programs on the channel, positioned on the current program.
- Navigating the list:
- • Up / Down = previous / next program of the same day
- • Left / Right = day change
- • Return = panel closes
- Click on a program to start the replay if available (clock icon present).

11.9 Advanced zapping view (double or long press on OK)
Available in Premium.
- Displays groups, channels, programs and playlists in a single panel.
- By default, only channels/programs are visible; go left/right to display the other columns.
- Allows you to change content or playlist without leaving the EPG.
- The Favorites group is displayed first if it exists.
- Playlists column > Options: font, size, selection color, panel style, transparency.
The style, focus switcher and transparency apply to the entire player.
The font and text size apply to the EPG.

11.10 TV Favorites and TV History panels
Available for Premium subscribers only.
- When the control panel is visible, Favorites opens the horizontal list of favorite channels with current program.
- From the control panel, pressing Down opens the TV history. Otherwise, you can use the "history" icon in the control panel
- Content is added to the TV history after 1 minute of playback (adjustable via Settings > Preferences).
- The maximum number of items included in the history is set by default to 10. (Adjustable via Settings > Preferences)
- Delete an element: long click on the element.
- To add a favorite in full screen: yellow button on the remote control or custom mapping via Settings > Remote control mapping.

11.11 Channel high / channel low when hidden controls
When controls are hidden, Up/Down switches directly to the previous or next channel in the group.
This action does not work if the control panel is visible. By default, it hides after 5 seconds.
To hide it faster, press Back.

11.12 Long actions on the direction buttons
- When the control panel is hidden, a long press on a direction can invoke a special action.
- Depending on the mapping: return to the previous channel, search opening, history, favorites, quality change, settings...
- Configure these gestures in Settings > Remote control mapping (Premium).

11.13 Safe transition (preview <-> full screen)
Allows you to briefly cut the flow for 1 to 2 seconds during the switch to limit certain freezes.
You lose sound and image during this time.
To be activated only if your device freezes when switching between preview and full screen mode.
